About the appraiser

Certified Texas Appraisals, LLC is based in New Braunfels, Texas, serving homeowners, attorneys, estate representatives, and other private clients throughout Central Texas.
As a Certified Residential Appraiser, I have been providing residential appraisal services since 2019. Prior to entering the appraisal profession, I spent 18 years as a Loan Officer. This combination provides a broad understanding of residential real estate, property valuation, and the lending process.
My goal is to provide independent, impartial, and well-supported opinions of value with an emphasis on accuracy, clear communication, and professional service. Appraisal services include estate and date-of-death valuations, divorce appraisals, property tax protests, PMI removal, and other private residential valuation needs.
As a New Braunfels resident, I'm proud to serve the communities in which I live and work. Outside of work, I'm a husband and proud father of two sons.
